It's a bird! No it's a plane! Oh nevermind is just Tilly at Otakon Artist Alley!

When Tilly spotted a shiny quarter in front of a truck about to hit a lady, she hurled herself in front of it to pick up it up coincidentally saving an old lady. However a container of radioactive toxic waste spilled on her from the truck which led her to develop superpowers. Tilly became blind, but got lasik surgery. She quit her superhero job when Superman crashed into her area. Tilly also became broke when Peter Parker took her photography job at the newspaper company. Instead she used her super hero abilities to spread joy throughout the earth by creating fun and memorable art.
